After becoming a mother to four boys, Becky recognized the importance of maintaining her fitness and well-being. She embraced running to stay fit and active and completed her first marathon on her 30th birthday. In 2007, Becky's fitness journey took an exciting turn as she discovered CrossFit and has been coaching and competing in it ever since.

Ben's lifelong passion for fitness began with active participation in sports like basketball and evolved into a dedicated focus on personal strength through weightlifting. He prioritizes precise technique and places great importance on proper form and concrete results. The motto "no pain, no gain" reflects his unwavering commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes.
